License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, formulaML grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the formulaML Excel add-in software (“Software”) solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

Permitted Uses

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Use the Software for legitimate business analysis and machine learning tasks
• Create and analyze data models using the Software’s functions

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The Software, including all algorithms, code, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive property of formulaML and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FORMULAML DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FORMULAML BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
